No change here but this

I didn’t realize it’s been a month since I wrote a blog post. How time flies. No change here, but I have had other things to do. So much to watch on TV and online, so blogging hasn’t been on my mind lately. First of all, I have been watching ’24’ on Disney plus. It only cost 1.99 euros (2,24 dollars) for a month. It’s over soon, but I didn’t know they’ve had so many other TV shows to watch, so I think I won’t be cancelling it. They have many old shows like ‘The Golden girls’, ‘Bones’ and ‘The Muppets show’. Then there are new ones, like ‘Loki’ (I already watched that) and ‘WandaVision’. The problem with the channel is that it buffers a lot on the laptop, even if I have a fast connection. I don’t think I want to pay for something that gives me problems. I have the app, too, but the screen is too small to watch for a longer time. I prefer a bigger screen. I usually wouldn’t pay for a channel because most of them only have one or two contents that interest me. It’s the reason why Netflix has never interested me.

What comes to other things, there is no change. If there was something, I probably already forgot about it, or it’s not worth mentioning. Until next time.

A spangle or minimal theme

I have thought about changing the theme on this blog for a while. I haven’t found anything that suited my blog. I didn’t want a complicated layout. After looking for a new theme that wouldn’t mess up my blog, look wise. I finally found one. It’s called Penscratch 2. If I had to choose between a spangle or a minimal layout, I would choose the latter. I wanted a design that had two columns and that I would still have the same widgets.

There are so many themes to choose from, so it’s hard to know what suits your blog the best. A spangle is not always the best if you want to keep it simple. I think this theme I have is the best. It’s easy to manage, so I’ll keep it for some time.

Getting off the blogging break

I haven’t been writing this blog in a month. How fast time goes. There are several reasons. Summer heat (which I hate) Then driving school. The UX/UI design course. And frankly, I’ve been too tired to think about writing anything. It’s been too hot inside, so I’ve been outside where there is wind. I wish this heatwave would be over, but it’s getting hotter at the weekend. Maybe it will cool down next week. I don’t mind warmth, but when it’s over 25 celsius, it’s hell. At least it’s not about 50 like it is in Canada. I would feel like dying if it was like that over here. I wish I could hibernate until the heatwave is over. I wish you could control the weather. I just have to pull through. It can’t last forever. Days like this, I miss being cold.

I wouldn’t say I’m off from the blogging break. It’s only this post, but the next time can be any day. In other news. I will finally be doing the driving test on July 15. I will have a driving lesson before that on the same day. I hope I will pass on the first try. I’ve been watching videos and stuff. The driving lessons are pretty expensive, so I hope I don’t need to do them again. I started in February, so it would nice to finish driving school soon.
