Last task of Zero to hero challenge.
Today’s assignment: Extend your brand, think about a bigger strategic plan for promoting your online presence, and set a goal for the next 30 days.
When I started this blog, I just wanted to write things down and share my thoughts. This is just a hobby and I did never think I would be one of those bloggers that get recognition by their writing. I don’t want anything of those. So even hearing the word “brand” sounds strange to me. When I post on social media, it makes me feel like I’m talking to a wall. Even if I’ve connected the blog (and my other blog) to social networks, it still feels useless. Maybe people are not that interested, at least not giving feedback. That’s the problem with internet. Do people really read what you write or do they just ignore you.
Either way, whatever it is, I will try to keep this blog up. I have no special plans. Maybe people will lose interest after this challenge. It’s happening already. Not that I really pay much attention to it.
If there’s at least one like, I’m happy. Thanks for stopping by.
What do you mean with “editorial calendar”? I don’t really plan a head. I write when I have something to say. Time is all I have. I can post whenever I feel like it. I don’t need a schedule for that. So this task is a bit useless for me. For some it might be useful tough.
Who knows what might happen to this blog in the future. Life is full of surprises. Never take things for granted. One thing is for sure, this blog will not be about too serious stuff. And again, you never know. The main thing for this blog is what it says in the About me widget. Nothing has changed since Zero to hero challenge. I hope people will continue stalking, um following me. And maybe get some new ones.
According to my statistics, the most liked is this Zero to Hero challenge and day 4, 3 and 5. In that order.
If you haven’t guessed it out already, this post is gonna be about how many likes I’ve got during this challenge. Not that is anything to brag about. I’ve only got some comments but that’s alright. As long as people like what I have to say, that all that matters. I’m not expecting to get any “lively” conversations. How many of those can you get from a blog like mine anyway? Unless someone really disagrees about my tastes.
I don’t really know what kind of things people really want to read about. I write for myself. Just like musician make music or writers write books. For themselves. If someone else likes it, that’s just a plus.
I’ve added a Recent posts widget. I hope I don’t have too many widgets. A mess it the least thing I want.
