NaBloPoMo15: In memory of those who lost their lives in Paris

Kirjastosilta in Turku, Finland (trans. Library bridge) in French flag colors

Everybody knows what happened in Paris, France on Friday 13, so no need to repeat it. If affected us all and things like these shouldn’t happen. But there are those who do anything to destroy other people’s lives. Even though I’ve never been to France and I don’t know anyone from there personally, I feel for all the people living there.

There’s just isn’t enough love out there in the world. We should not let hate control the world. Hate is the reason those terrorist exist. They probably have never loved or been loved in the first place. We should teach the kids that love is stronger than hate. Fear shouldn’t control our lives. In time like these, we should respect each other and show that we care. If we pull together, we can beat the hate. Life is too short disrespect other people.

Everywhere in the world buildings and monuments have been lighten up with colors of the flag of France. Finland was no exception. This evening I went to photograph one of the bridges. It was a nice gesture from the city. We should not forget what happened in France. But we shouldn’t forget either that it can happen again somewhere else. Let’s not let that get us down. We will not give into terrorism. Peace in the world is the thing we need.

NaBloPoMo15: Lucky Friday 13th

friday13th

As you know, today it’s Friday 13. If you live in Europe or else where it’s still is. For some it might be an unlucky day. But for me it’s not been like that. Not that I remember anyway. Unlucky doesn’t look if it’s Friday 13 or not. If I have bad luck, it’s usually on other days. But today nothing unlucky happened. If I can survive a day without getting hit by a car or some other vehicle, it’s been a lucky day.

The only unluck I’ve had lately is lack of traffic on this blog. Where is everybody? NaBloPoMo hasn’t helped at all. Am I boring you? Or are people following too many so they don’t have time to read mine. It doesn’t matter. 244 casual readers are better than nothing. I’m just unlucky in general. Not just in followers but also in other things. Friday 13th every day.

I don’t know what’s so special about Friday 13th anyway. That’s just a reason to blame your unlucky day. If you had one. For example. “I’ve broken my leg. Oh well it’s Friday 13 so that must be the reason” Yeah right. You keep telling yourself that. When it’s not Friday 13th and you still break your leg, you probably blame the pavement or where ever you broke it. It’s never the persons own fault. It’s always something else. Some just are unlucky and you can’t make your own luck. If it just happened on Friday 13th, unlucky for you but it has nothing to do with the day.

So have a lucky Friday 13th and don’t let the Friday ruin your day by unlucky 13.

weirdness
Source: http://ideasevolved.com/the-weirdness/

You understand this weirdness I possess. It isn’t weirdness really. It’s normal to me. What is weird anyway? Some might think I’m weird because I don’t talk much. Of course I won’t. I don’t waste my time on nonsense.
Or sometimes I walk to the other side of the street if another person is coming towards me. Especially if it’s Friday or Saturday night and they’re young people.

I can also speak in fake accents but I don’t do that in public because some might not understand it. The same with different sounds I make.
Sometimes I’m in a funny mood. But only when I’m alone.
I giggle like a girl when I see certain actors I like.
I can’t look at a picture of a person too long because it feel like they’re looking at me.
Websites that have big close-up photos of someone famous, is a big no. I just don’t like the “in your face”- thing.

One thing that is normal to some, is weird for others. I think it’s weird people take selfies of themselves. One is OK but why do people have the need to take one every time they done something. Like having a haircut or they’ve met their idols. It’s “Hey, look at me. I’m so important” I just hate selfies, they’re everywhere.

What I also think is weird, are people who have to walk on their heels so you would think it’s a member of Stomp living upstairs. If it’s during daytime, it’s different. But when it’s in the middle of the night, that’s weird. Having loud parties is also weird at night. If you need to shout, go out or put the volume down. For them it might be normal but that’s what I think is weird.

Being weird is alright as long as it’s normal. But there’s no need to be a jerk about it.
