My neighbors are constantly stupid: they have dogs that bark incessantly. Then they yell at them for barking. This usually starts around six in the morning and ends sometime after midnight. I think they take it in shifts.
There must be something wrong with the dogs if they keep barking like that. Maybe the owners just doesn’t know how to handle their dogs so they yell instead.

That’s part of it; they’re also underfed and the owners don’t follow leash laws. Animal control is out there quite often.

Feel really sorry for the dogs.No animals should be abused like that.It’s a shame other people have to suffer from their barking just because it.
